I looked at AoC, but at this time, dropping 60 bucks on a game, then another 15 on monthlies is not an option. Reactivating LOTRO for 10 bucks is a tad less resource intensive for me. But you never know!
A:BD was oddly enough going to be a story about how Wade and Aikida met in college, which is pretty much the entire premise of the strip now. To be factual, A:BD was the series that I first experimented with pencil and no ink, and it was more dramatic, which ultimately led to Pepperwood. Only two Better Days pages were done, and I may put them online at some point in the future.
Just found out that you’re back, and I’m glad to see you working on the comic again! You might remember me as the guy who mailed you a handwritten letter and a quarter (or a dollar, I forget).
Also: ha! The poetry page was great. I completely forgot I sent something in for that.
Luckily I’ve never been too involved in MMO’s. I had several friends in college who were, they eventually ended up dropping out or getting kicked out. I had a roommate just after college who loved them and he probably only said a dozen words to me the two years we lived together, and actually have a roommate now who’s addicted to WOW and he comes out of his room once a week or so whether he needs to or not.
On MMOs; I play WoW myself, I only began recently and currently have a lv 40 Dwarf warrior. I think its a solid game in so far as an MMO can be and the rewards are sometimes nice for your effort.
However the lack of skill required to play and the purely inconsequential contributions to the game setting or history of the game world that your actions, however epic, can have is very limiting to me in all MMOs.
I would prefer to play Smash Bros, CoD4 or a Bioware or Bethesda classic CRPG anyday. But if my friends are on WoW and too lazy to come over for a jam or a game of SSB, well I might as well do a few Qs.

That guy looks like Wade…!
Crystal Meth expansion. LOL!

That guy IS Wade, unless you meant the G-Man looking dude in the glasses. Then yes, the shirt and tie motif is very similar to old school Wade.
Crystal meth is going to be big!

Josh, if you’re ever up for trying Age of Conan, look me up on the Wiccana server. I’ll get you into 3305local. I’m Lorgus there.

I played WoW for a while. I had a level 61 Undead Rogue on Norgannon.
About Sydney Timeline-
Hey, Sydney is with Brad in that one from 2004.
I think I like her appearance from 2006 best. Maybe it’s the hair.

I’m partial to syd ‘05 myself. just cute is all.

The “tinkersmith” (I think that’s how her “class” was called) Syd is my favorite, next to the 2002 one.
Concering the poetry… I noticed there is a link to “Aikida Better Days”. What was this about? I don’t remember that one…

Talking about MMOs… I downloaded the free “Anarchy Online”. Quite intriguing. I’ll look into it. :D

I personally think Sydney 2006 looks the best.
