I’ve spent something like twenty-eight of the last thirty-six hours drawing, so this post is going to be very, very brief.

One, I am in the fucking zone for drawing Syd right now. Between the new donation wallpaper, and panel three today, I’m happy. This is rare.

Two, you’ll notice a lot of attention-grabbing things on the page talking about Aikida August… this is basically our fund raising drive for the month, to help pay for site hosting, as well as my groceries. Our goal is 250 bucks for the month, which seems lofty at the moment, but I think we’ve put together some incentives to make it worth your while.

The donation page describes the month and setup in more detail, but the basic summary is five bucks gets you the Syd wallpaper (very cute), fifteen gets you that and the nude Aikida wallpaper, and twenty fives gets you both of those, and a signed panel of your choice… the actual artwork (if available). Finally, there will be a special interactive event if we hit the goal of 250 bucks.

I know some of you just donated, and thats great, very appreciated. But honestly, this is a big month for the survival of the site, and we have a long thirty one days to hit that goal. Thank you all, in advance.
