The Equine Odyssey Strip
This strip is seven hours late, or three days late, depending on how you look at it, but it is still up and we’ll have one more update on Friday.
I can’t even really blame this late on anything. I didn’t really do anything in WoW yesterday, I just idled, talked on Vent and slowly drew and inked the strip. Some days, it comes at a slow pace, and that really is the least worrisome reason for a late, I figure… I just had a plodding day.
But enough of the excuses.
Also, I have no idea if Pony Princess Adventures is a real game. Aaron and I just tried to come up with a suitably girly sounding name for a game Sydney might play.
Anyone else getting hyped for basketball season? I am slowly getting more eager. I was rather down on the O’Neal trade for my Raptors when it happened, but I am starting to see silver linings. If O’Neal can stay healthy, this could work out. Plus I hear Bargnani is looking better in the pre-season (working harder, put on some muscles, etc), and he’ll have less pressure as the sixth man, coming off the bench.
I think the keys are in place for the Raptors to take a step forward, and maybe tweak by bringing in a “gamer” with a trade. (Someone who would kill himself to win every night)
We’ll see how it goes.

I’m not allowed to go out on Halloween anymore after that time I dressed like Donkey Kong and hurled barrels at people, you might think that’s easy to do but finding a bunch of barrels and oil isn’t. Long story short, make sure while painting the area is well ventilated.

Why not throw kegs? Have a gigantic kegger, and sit atop a keg mountain, and when someone asks for some beer, you throw a keg at them? heh heh.

haha panel two kills me. Syd looks generally concerned with how he does. I remember when I was a wee gamer back in the day and could get excited watching someone do an epic fight, like Zelda Ocarina bosses or even further back to Fester’s Quest

I really like the art this comic. Syd in panel 2 is awesome, and the camera height is interesting in 3 and 4.
