Things are moving faster now. The slow pace of the earliest strips from this arc were enjoyable too. The time jump did not come through to me until you mentioned it in your post. For me, the dialogue was the biggest cue, "...damn, she did get hot, didn't she...". Having additional visual cues could also have been helpful. Placing all the characters in similar positions as in the previous strip would make any changes more obvious. Such as a change of seasons (summer to autumn), their clothes (long to short sleeved), her change of height and figure, all which could have been clues.
