How to read Aikida

Aikida is a dual format comic.  The main style of strip is the continuing storyline strips, with some more “standard” four panel gag strips in between.  All are a part of the same continuity, but the gag strips require an obvious sense of disbelief as silly things will happen.

For ease of identification, the storyline strips usually have a white border, while the funny/gag strips have a black one, and are usually only four panels.

Moving In - The strip begins here.  Follow the amusing moments as the boys move in across the street from the girls, and meet for the first time.

A Night to Remember? - At the behest of her boyfriend, Aikida attends a Halloween party.  Alcohol and frustration make for a funny mix, and something memorable does indeed happen.  But is anyone in a condition to remember it?

The Blank Slate - Pepper gets herself and Aikida tattoo gift certificates for Christmas, but Aikida can’t decide between going with the status quo, or making a statement.
